historical survey conducted by the Arkansas Historical Preservation Program, Information regarding the history of the individual buildings, such as dates and builders, has been obtained and cross-referenced from a historical survey conducted by the Arkansas Historic Preservation Program and information published by the Garland County Historical Society's The Record. All historical photos and texts are available to the public at the Garland County Historical Society archives, 210 Woodbine, Hot Springs, AR, along with thousands of other pictures, postcards, books and newspapers. Modern photographs are property of the author, taken in April of 1999.
